1. Having used a suitable mandrel, put the internal bearing in assembly of the longitudinal lever. Afterwards establish an epiploon (a curve up and against the stop in a coat hanger of the internal lever).
As a mandrel for landing of an epiploon it is possible to use the face head, or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter suitable by the size. Zastukivayte an epiploon gradually and evenly, - use the hammer with soft brisk.
2. Against the stop in a coat hanger put dustproof caps (internal - deepening outside).
3. Grease with universal lubricant an internal surface of sealing sponges of an epiploon of the external bearing. Put the bearing on an axis pin (epiploon sponges to a connecting flange).
4. Press into place a rotok of the wheel sensor (a flute towards a flange).
5. Temporarily establish a pin on assembly of the longitudinal lever. Establish a connecting flange and screw new самоконтрящуюся a nut.
6. Holding a pin from a provorachivaniye by means of special MB9b11-01 adaptation, tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut with the required effort (220 H • м).
7. Establish new nuts of fastening of a half shaft, prepare washers, screw and tighten with the required effort (55 ÷ 65 H • l) fixing bolts.
8. Establish a brake disk, a support and components of the parking brake (see the Head the Brake system).
9. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. Check adjustment of the parking brake, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see the Head the Brake system).
10. Before starting operation of the car, "pump over" a pedal of a foot brake before emergence of hardness at its squeezing.
