7. Remove the left and right beams of a frame.
8. Remove assembly collars of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability.
9. On models with the steering drive of back wheels (4WS) disconnect the hydraulic lines going to assembly of the back pump.
10. Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly collars and remove assembly of the steering mechanism. Take assembly from under the car through an arch of the right wheel.

1. Start assembly of the steering mechanism on the regular place, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (70 H • l), - track correctness of installation of rubber plugs of assembly collars of rather basic beam. Screw a coupling bolt of connection of shaft.
2. Connect pressure head and returnable lines to a case of the steering mechanism and, - at the corresponding complete set, - to the back steering pump.
3. Establish beams of a frame and tighten bolts of their fastening with the required effort (60 ÷ 70 H • м).
4. Connect tips of steering thirsts for rotary fists.
5. On the AWD models establish assembly of the transfer case.
6. Establish a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
7. Add necessary amount of hydraulic liquid in the helmsman's tank and pump over steering system.
8. Check the angles of installation of forward wheels, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

8. Turn out bolts of collars of fastening of oil lines.
9. Remove tubes of the pressure head line.
10. Holding tips of cross drafts from a provorachivaniye, release their fixing nuts. Remove tips from bars of cross drafts.
11. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the back steering mechanism.

1. Fix assembly of the steering mechanism on a frame beam. For the purpose of definition of neutral provision of a rod of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder shift it at all length of the course.
2. Fill tips of cross drafts in landing nests on longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket and screw fixing nuts. In case of need make adjustment of length of drafts (the difference in lengths of opposite drafts should not exceed 1 mm), then tighten nuts with the required effort (58 H • м).
3. Replacing sealing rings, restore initial connection of hydraulic lines. Track reliability of fastening of lines in all provided intermediate clamps.
4. Establish big самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a beam of a frame from differential. Tighten nuts with the required effort (110 ÷ 130 H • м).
5. Remove the jack which is propping up differential.
6. Establish two small arms.
7. Establish bolts of the lower support of shock-absorbers.
8. Install the main muffler.
9. Fill in necessary amount of liquid in the tank of a hydraulic path and pump over system.
10. Check the angles of installation of wheels. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

10. Turn out back bolts of the central beam.
11. On front-wheel (FWD) models disconnect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
12. Disconnect from a case of the steering mechanism the pressure head line and a returnable hose, - for the purpose of minimization of leaks and in order to avoid hit to the hydraulic highway of dirt at once to a zakuporta the open ends of lines and connecting unions.
13. Slightly you priopustit the central beam.
14. Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly collars and remove assembly of the steering mechanism. Take assembly from under the car through an arch of the left wheel, previously having taken away to the right and having inclined for removal from a beam.

1. Establish assembly of the steering mechanism on the regular place. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (60 ÷ 80 H • м). At installation of rubber pillows of support track correctness of combination of their ledges with identification marking on a beam.
2. Connect hydraulic lines to a case of the steering mechanism.
3. Establish into place the being removed sections of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
4. Prop up the central beam a jack, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (100 H • м).
5. Establish a bolt of a jet emphasis, screw on it a new nut and tighten it with the required effort (65 H • м).
6. Establish elements of fastening of the stabilizer of cross stability.
7. Connect steering drafts and tighten fixing nuts of their tips with the required effort (34 H • м).
8. At the corresponding complete set install the transfer case, - check liquid level in its case.
9. Fill in in the tank of the steering pump necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of the required grade (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
10. Pump over a path of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel.
11. Check the angles of installation of forward wheels, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

12. Prop up the power unit a cart jack and remove a through bolt of a back jet emphasis.
13. Disconnect the pressure head line and a returnable hose of a hydraulic path of the steering amplifier from a case of rack transfer, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of lines and unions.
14. Turn out fixing bolts and take assembly of the steering mechanism through an arch of the left wheel.

2. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (69 H • м).
3. Screw a coupling bolt and tighten it with the required effort (18 H • м).
4. Connect hydraulic lines to a case of the steering mechanism. Tighten the nipple socket of the pressure head line with effort 43 H • m. Track reliability of fixing on the union a collar of a returnable hose.
5. Screw and tighten with the required effort (43 H • l) a through bolt of a back jet emphasis.
6. Prop up a jack the central beam. Screw the central fixing bolts. Tighten forward bolts with effort 78 ÷ 88 H • m, back - 69 ÷ 78 H • m.
7. Screw a through bolt of a forward jet emphasis and tighten it with the required effort (43 H • м).
8. Establish two triangular knitsa and tighten bolts of their fastening with the required effort (69 ÷ 78 H • м).
9. Establish a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability.
10. Connect steering thirsts for rotary fists, - tighten nuts of spherical fingers of tips with the required effort (27 H • м).
11. On the models equipped with the EPS system restore connection of the corresponding electrical wiring.
12. Establish to the place of a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
13. Add in the tank of the steering pump necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of the required grade (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance) and pump over system of hydrostrengthening.
14. Check the angles of installation of forward wheels, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
