2. Disconnect a returnable hose from the tank of the steering pump and lower it in drain capacity.
3. Disconnect system of ignition. Turning the engine, several times turn a steering wheel for the purpose of removal from a path of the remains of liquid.
4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

5. Disconnect pressure sensor switch electrical wiring from a wall of the steering pump.
6. If the generator is located under the pump, cover it with a polyethylene film or rags for the purpose of protection against the spilled oil.
7. Disconnect the pressure head line.
8. Take off belts of the drive of steering and water pumps.
9. Remove a pulley of the water pump.
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the steering pump from the basic arm.

1. Install the pump on the regular place and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort.
2. Establish a pulley of the water pump. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (19 H • м).
3. Establish driving belts and adjust efforts of their tension (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
4. Having replaced sealing rings, connect the pressure head line, - track correctness of combination of landing tags. Tighten a nut of fastening of the pressure head line with the required effort (18 H • м).
5. Connect the returnable line.
6. Connect an electrical wiring to pressure sensor switch.
7. Fill in necessary amount of hydraulic liquid in the tank and pump over system.

3. Connect the returnable line.
4. Connect an electrical wiring to pressure sensor switch.
5. Tighten a nut of fastening of the pressure head line with the required effort ( 18 H • м).
6. Adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt, then finally tighten bolts of fastening of the pump with the required effort (35 ÷ 45 H • м).
7. Fill in necessary amount of hydraulic liquid in the tank and pump over system.

3. Merge oil from a case of back differential.
4. Previously having put adjusting tags, remove the driveshaft.
5. Remove half shafts of the drive of back wheels.
6. If necessary remove the central section of system of production of the fulfilled gases and assembly of the muffler.
7. Disconnect pressure head and returnable lines from the pump.
8. On big bolts of fastening of the bearing plate of differential there can be navernuta самоконтрящиеся nuts before which otdavaniye assembly of the back bridge should be propped up in the middle a cart jack.
9. Give nuts, then remove the bearing plate(s) and a square dynamic damper from a back part of the holder.
10. Lower the holder of differential and remove it from the car.
11. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the steering pump from assembly of back differential.

1. Install the pump on the holder of differential and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort (19 ÷ 28 H • м).
2. Get the holder of back differential on the regular place and screw bolts of a basic beam. Tighten new самоконтрящиеся nuts with the required effort (100 ÷ 120 H • м: fastening bolts to the holder of the top bearing plate, 80 ÷ 100 H • м: fastening bolts to the holder of the bearing beam / a dynamic damper, 110 ÷ 130 H • м: bolts of fastening of the bearing beam).
3. Connect the soaking-up and pressure head lines to the pump.
4. Replace lock rings on both half shafts.
5. Install the driveshaft and tighten elements of its fixture with the required effort (30 ÷ 35 H • м).
6. Establish the central section and the muffler of system of production of the fulfilled gases.
7. Adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt of the pump and tighten adjusting bolts.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
9. Lower the car on the earth, check horizontal position of its installation and fill in fresh oil in a case of back differential.
10. Fill in necessary amount of hydraulic liquid in system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel and pump over a path.

6. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the steering pump from transmission.

1. Installation is made upside-down. Track that fixing bolts were tightened with the required effort (24 H • м).
2. In conclusion fill in necessary amount of hydraulic liquid in system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel and pump over a path.
