1. The design of stupichny assembly of a forward wheel of the considered models is presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding forward wheel and give a stupichny nut.
4. On the models equipped with ABS remove the wheel sensor.
5. On models with an active suspension bracket (Active-ECS) disconnect the sensor of height of a road gleam from the lower managing director of the lever.
6. Remove a support and blocks of the brake mechanism. Tie up a support to suspension bracket elements, trying not to allow tension of a brake hose.
7. By means of a special stripper release a spherical support and a tip of steering draft from assembly of a rotary fist.
8. Release a power shaft from a nave.
9. Otboltite the lower end of a rack also remove a nave assembled with a rotary fist from the car.
10. Transfer the removed assembly to a workbench.
11. Hooking the small screw-driver with the blunted hall, take the epiploon established from the side of a rotary fist turned towards a power shaft from the landing nest.

12. By means of a stripper separate a nave from a rotary fist.

13. By means of a stripper take an internal holder of the wheel bearing from a nave. In order to avoid damage of the bearing do not beat out a holder from a nave the hammer at all! Take care that at extraction of a holder the nave did not fall.

14. Remove the lock ring established from the side of a rotary fist turned towards a power shaft. By means of a stripper release the bearing from assembly of a fist.
15. After the bearing is removed, its external holder can be beaten out by means of a brass drift.

1. Fill the wheel bearing universal lubricant. Grease with a thin layer of the same lubricant the bearing surfaces of a rotary fist.
2. Press the bearing in a fist, then by means of the special tool establish an internal holder of the bearing.
3. By means of a suitable mandrel fill an internal epiploon in the landing nest aflush with the face surface of a fist.
4. By means of special MB990998 adaptation put a nave in a fist, - the nut of the landing tool drags on with effort 200 ÷ 260 H • m. Rotate a nave for shrinkage of the bearing.
5. Clamp a fist in a vice with soft sponges and by means of a nozzle of MB990998 and a dynamometer key measure the nave provorachivaniye moment. The maximum admissible value makes 1.8 H • m. Check freedom of rotation of the bearing.
6. Install the dial measuring instrument so that, its plunger rested against the pierced face surface of a nave and determine the size of an axial side play of assembly. The maximum admissible value makes 0.05 mm.
7. If at tightened with the required effort (200 ÷ 260 H • l) a stupichny nut the axial side play or the moment of a provorachivaniye exceed the maximum permissible values, therefore violation at installation of the bearing or a fist takes place, - repeat the procedure of assembly.
8. Establish assembly of a nave with a fist on the regular place on the car. Fill a finger of a spherical support in a fist and tighten its new nut with the required effort (72 H • м).
9. Pass a power shaft throughout a nave.
10. Connect a rack and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort (110 ÷ 130 H • м: for the Mirage models and 90 ÷ 105 H • м: for the Diamante models).
11. Put a tip of steering draft in a fist and tighten a nut of his spherical finger with the required effort (34 H • м: for the Mirage models and 29 H • м: for the Diamante models).
12. Establish a brake disk and a support.
13. On models with an active suspension bracket (Active-ECS) install the sensor of height of a road gleam and tighten a bolt of its fastening with effort 20 H • m.
14. On models with ABS install into place the wheel sensor (see the Head the Brake system).
15. Establish a washer, screw a new lock-nut on a pin of a power shaft and tighten it with the required effort (200 ÷ 260 H • м).
16. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.

2. Take the forelock, give a stupichny nut and remove a washer.

3. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
4. On the equipped ABS models remove the wheel sensor.
5. Remove a support and brake shoes. Remove a clamp and release a brake hose from an arm to assembly of a rotary fist. Tie up a support to suspension bracket elements, having tracked that the brake hose was not tense.
6. Remove a brake disk from stupichny assembly.
7. Release the top spherical support from a rotary fist and delay assembly of the last outside, having released from it a power shaft.

8. From back side of a rotary fist turn out four bolts of fastening of a nave.

9. Remove a nave assembled with the wheel bearing, - the nave is not subject to recovery repair and in case of failure has to be replaced.

1. If the rotary fist needs replacement, transfer the dustproof screen of the brake mechanism and a basic arm of a hydraulic hose to new assembly

2. Establish a nave on assembly of a rotary fist and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort (88 H • м).
3. Fill the top spherical support in a fist and tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut of a spherical finger with the required effort (28 H • м).
4. Establish a washer and tighten with the required effort (200 ÷ 260 H • l) a stupichny nut.
5. Establish a brake disk on stupichny assembly.
6. Establish an anchor bracket and a support of the brake mechanism.
7. On models with ABS install the wheel sensor.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.
