5. Establish assembly of a starter.

6. Apply sealant on carefully cleared interfaced surface of the lower section of the pallet. Sealant should be imposed a continuous pillow and from the inside from bolted openings.

7. Not later than in 15 minutes after putting sealant press the pallet to the block. Screw fixing bolts and, working strictly in a certain order, tighten them with the required effort (10 ÷ 12 H • м).
8. In case of need, having replaced a sealing washer, screw a drain stopper of the pallet and tighten it with the required effort (39 H • м).
9. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in the engine necessary amount of fresh engine oil of the corresponding grade (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
