1. Achieve the correct combination of adjusting tags of cogwheels of cranked and balancing shaft, then establish a gear belt of the drive of a balancing shaft (internal).
2. Holding a natyazhitel fingers, press a belt on the center, having completely chosen a weak point, then tighten a bolt of a natyazhitel. 3. Check correctness of adjustment of a tension of a belt: at firm pressing a middle part of the longest run the size of a deflection has to make about 5 ÷ of 7 mm. In case of need repeat adjustment. 4. Put a flange, a cogwheel of a gas-distributing belt and a washer on a pin of a bent shaft.

The flange is established from a cogwheel of an internal gear belt. Screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with the required effort (110 ÷ 130 H • м). |
5. For installation of a cogwheel of the oil pump enter the cross screw-driver with a sting with a diameter of 8 mm into a special opening in the left wall of the block of cylinders (previously take a cap). Having blocked the screw-driver a balancing shaft, tighten a fixing nut with the required effort (50 ÷ 60 H • м). 6. By means of the rozhkovy key which is put on the lysk provided between necks of the 2nd and 3rd bearings fix the camshaft from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of its cogwheel with the required effort (80 ÷ 100 H • м).

If lysk between necks of the specified bearings are absent, the cogwheel can be blocked by means of a bifurcate key.

7. Carefully wring out inside a rod of an automatic natyazhitel so that the adjusting opening in it was combined with an opening the block of cylinders. For fixing of a rod pass a wire throughout an opening.
8. Put a roller on the lever of a natyazhitel. Achieve that the bayonet opening in an axis of a tension roller appeared to the left of the central bolt and manually tighten the last. 9. At installation of a gas-distributing belt develop cogwheels of camshafts landing pins up and adjusting tags to each other (tags have to appear at the level of the interfaced head surface).

At installation of a wheel of a final shaft it is necessary to be guided by the tag located on the right at the top provision of a pin at installation of a wheel of an inlet shaft, - by the tag located at the left (a pin also above). |
10. Achieve the correct combination of adjusting tags of cogwheels of a bent shaft and the oil pump. 11. Take a cap and pass throughout an opening in a wall of the block of cylinders the cross screw-driver with a sting with a diameter of 8 mm, - if the screw-driver is entered approximately on 60 mm, therefore, the balancing shaft holds the correct position. If it is possible to enter the screw-driver not more deeply than on 20 ÷ 25 mm, turn a cogwheel of the oil pump on one whole revolution and repeat attempt. Leave the screw-driver entered into an opening.

Violation of correctness of provision of a balancing shaft is fraught with development of vibrations during the operation of the engine. |
12. Throw with a gear belt a cogwheel of the inlet camshaft and record it two spring clips. 13. Get a belt on a cogwheel of the final camshaft, - by means of two keys achieve the correct combination of adjusting tags. For fixing of a belt use couple of clips again. 14. Fill a belt under an intermediate roller, then pull it on cogwheels of the oil pump and a bent shaft, having in conclusion filled under a roller of a natyazhitel. Remove clips. 15. Develop a natyazhitel clockwise and tighten the central bolt. Make sure in correctness of combination of adjusting tags.
16. Turn a bent shaft on 1/4 turns counterclockwise, then return it to a starting position, having achieved the required combination of all adjusting tags, the engine has to fall into a state of VMT of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder. 17 Release the central bolt, then by means of the MD998738 tool and a dynamometer key create on a natyazhitel torque 2.6 ÷ 2.8 H • m and again tighten a bolt.
18 Screw the special tool in an arm of the left support of the power unit so that it nestled on the lever of a natyazhitel. Screw the tool a little more and take the wire fixing an automatic natyazhitel. Remove the special tool. 19 Turn a bent shaft on two whole revolutions clockwise, let's components take seat within about 15 minutes, then measure the size of a vystupaniye of an automatic natyazhitel (distance between the lever of a natyazhitel and the case of an automatic natyazhitel). The required value makes 3.8 ÷ 4.5 mm. In case of need repeat adjustment. 20 If adjustment of a tension of a gas-distributing belt is made on the engine installed on the car, it is not possible to perform measurement of the specified gap. In such situation it is necessary to resort to an alternative method:
· Screw the MD998738 tool, having pressed it an end face to the lever of a natyazhitel; · Screw the tool a little more, utaplivy a pusher of a natyazhitel, count quantity of the turns of the tool which were required in order that the lever of a natyazhitel nestled on the case of an automatic natyazhitel, - the nominal rate makes 2.5 ÷ 3 turn; · Establish a rubber cap in a back cover of the GRM drive. 21 Establish the sections of a forward cover and other components which were removed for the purpose of ensuring access. 22 Connect a negative wire to the battery. |
