2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

4. Give fixing nuts and separate a forward reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. Remove sealing laying.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove assembly of the fan of the cooling system.
7. If the oxygen sensor is installed on a final collector, remove it.
8. Disconnect the corresponding components of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
9. Remove the external thermofilter of a final collector and a lifting eye of the power unit. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the oxygen sensor.
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the internal thermofilter and assembly of a collector.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe with their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay new sealing laying on a collector. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixture with the required effort (for engines of 1.5 l: 18 H • m, for engines of 1.8 l: internal nuts - 18 H • m, two external (big) - 30 H • м).

You make tightening evenly, in a diagonal order.

3. Install thermofilters.
4. Connect the EGR components.
5. If removed, install into place the oxygen sensor.
6. Establish assembly of the fan of the cooling system.
7. Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of leaks.

7. By means of special MD998703 adaptation, or its analog, disconnect and remove the oxygen sensor.

9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the internal thermofilter and assembly of a collector from the engine.

3. Install the external thermofilter, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort
(14 H • м).
4. If removed, establish into place assembly of the fan.
5. Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector (do not forget to replace sealing laying). Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with the required effort (40 ÷ 50 H • м).
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of leaks.

4. Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector (do not forget to replace sealing laying). Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with the required effort
(44 H • м).
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of leaks.

7. For removal of a forward collector on DOHC engines previously dismantle assembly of the generator with a basic arm.
8. On DOHC engines remove the K/V compressor from the basic arm and, without disconnecting refrigerator lines, take him aside.
9. For removal of a forward collector take the probe of measurement of dulny oil and dismantle its directing tube.
10. For removal of a forward collector on DOHC engines remove the thermofilter.
11. For removal of a back collector disconnect EGR tube.
12. For removal of a back collector on SOHC engines previously dismantle a rack of the delivery camera of an inlet air path and turn off an arm of a jet emphasis aside.
13. Disconnect an electrical wiring and remove the oxygen sensor.
14. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of a final collector.

2. Lay new sealing laying on a collector. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with the required effort (for SOHC engines: 30 H • m, for DOHC engines: 19 H • м).

3. Install thermofilters.
4. At the corresponding complete set connect EGR tube, establish a rack of the delivery camera and an arm of a jet emphasis.
5. Install into place the oxygen sensor.
6. Establish the assembly of the fan, the K/V compressor directing a tube of the measuring probe and assembly of the generator.
7. Connect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
8. Establish into place a driving belt (i) and adjust effort of its tension.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of leaks.

5. At installation of a forward collector install into place assembly of the fan cooling systems with a radiator.
6. At installation of a forward collector install into place the generator.
7. Establish a driving belt (i) and adjust effort of its tension.
8. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
9. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release fulfilled gases/assembly of the catalytic converter (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
10. Lower the car on the earth.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check system of production of the fulfilled gases for existence of signs of leaks.
