1. Details of installation of the heat exchanger of a heater on the Diamante models are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action! Disconnect SRS (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

3. Empty the cooling system and disconnect rubber hoses of a water path from the heater heat exchanger (at once to a zakuporta the open ends of hoses for the purpose of prevention of risk of internal pollution of the cooling system).
4. Remove the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard.
5. Remove an air supply sleeve in a passenger foot well.
6. For the purpose of dismantle of console assembly remove an ashtray and turn out the opened screw. Turn out remained four, located on each side assemblies, lobbies of the screw and remove the console.
7. Remove decorative caps, turn out the opened screws and remove assembly of a driver's knee emphasis with a basic arm.
8. Uncover a steering column.
9. Remove the drummer of the lock of a cover of a ware box, actually assembly of a box and its external casing. Turn out the opened screw.
10. Remove the panel of facing of the radio receiver and a stereosystem
11. Remove assembly of management of functioning of systems of heating and air conditioning.
12. Remove a coaster.
13. Remove the loudspeakers located from above on the dashboard.
14. Remove facing of an instrument guard and a combination of devices.
15. Disconnect a speedometer drive cable from transmission. Disconnect a transitional nozzle from assembly of a combination of devices, slightly involve a cable inside and remove a nozzle.
16. Disconnect all electrical wiring brought to a steering column. Turn out fixing bolts and lower a column down, having laid it on a driver's seat.

Observe extreme care, - try not to allow any contact with the safety cushion module.

17. Remove a lamp of illumination of a ware box.
18. Turn out the remained fixing screws and remove the dashboard.
19. Remove an air supply sleeve in a driver's foot well, a cooling sleeve of knee level and the central air duct.
20. Remove forward and central amplifiers and the central assembly rack.
21. Remove assembly of a sleeve of distribution of an air stream.
22. Disconnect all electrical wiring brought to assembly of a heater.
23. Turn out fixing screws, give nuts and remove assembly of a heater from the car.
24. Transfer assembly to a workbench and take a heat exchanger radiator from a casing.

1. Carefully clean and dry a casing of a heater from within and install in it the heat exchanger and the accompanying components.
2. Install assembly of the heat exchanger on the car, tighten fixture. Track correctness of mutual provision of casings of assemblies of a heater and the evaporator. Connect an electrical wiring to fixed on assembly of a heater to components.
3. Establish assembly of a sleeve of the air distributor. Establish forward and back amplifiers and the central assembly rack.
4. Establish the central air duct, a sleeve of a knee cooler and a sleeve of air supply in a driver's foot well.
5. Install the dashboard, screw and tighten fixing screws.
6. Establish a lamp of illumination of a ware box.
7. Translate into position and fix a steering column, connect to it the corresponding electrical wiring.
8. Connect a transitional nozzle of a cable of the drive of a speedometer to an instrument guard.
9. Establish a combination of devices and the panel of its facing.
10. Install the top loudspeakers on the dashboard.
11. Establish a coaster.
12. Establish assembly of management of functioning of the air conditioning system.
13. Establish a stereosystem and the panel of facing of the radio receiver.
14. Screw the screw located under assembly of a ware box.
15. Establish assembly of a ware box.
16. Establish covers of a casing of a steering column.
17. Establish a basic arm of a knee emphasis and actually an emphasis. Screw fixing screws and muffle them decorative traffic jams.
18. Establish console assembly and an ashtray.
19. Establish an air supply sleeve in a passenger foot well.
20. Establish the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard.
21. Connect rubber hoses to the heater heat exchanger.
22. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
23. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
24. Check serviceability of functioning of the automatic air conditioning system.
25. Check elements of a heating path for existence of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid.

3. At the cold engine transfer the lever of the choice of temperature condition to position of FULL HOT (the maximum heating). Empty the cooling system.
4. Disconnect the rubber hoses of a water path connected to heater heat exchanger branch pipes on a back partition of a motive compartment.
5. Remove the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
6. Uncover a heater.
7. Remove a steering wheel.
8. Remove a small cover from a casing of a steering column.
9. Remove section of the lower finishing of the dashboard.
10. Remove both sections of a casing of a steering column. Disconnect the electrical wiring brought to a column.
11. Remove facing of an instrument guard.
12. Turn out screws of fastening of a combination of devices.
13. Release a combination of devices from an adjusting nest and disconnect a speedometer drive cable nozzle from its back party. Remove a combination of devices.
14. Remove the floor console with a stretcher.
15. Disconnect and remove air supply sleeves in all vertical levels of salon.
16. Remove a ware box.
17. Remove an ashtray with a basic arm (do not forget to disconnect an electrical wiring from the lighter).
18. Remove facing of the control panel of functioning of a heater.
19. Remove assembly of management of functioning of a heater and disconnect from it an electrical wiring.
20. Remove the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard with a stretcher.
21. Uncover the assembly block of safety locks installed at the left under the dashboard. Otboltite also remove the assembly block.
22. Remove panels of finishing of forward racks.
23. Remove forward overlays of thresholds of both forward doors.
24. Release facing of the deflector of an obduv of a windshield, disconnect an electrical wiring from a photo cell and remove facing and a lattice of the deflector.
25. Remove a lattice of the deflector of the central air duct.
26. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a steering column to the dashboard.
27. Remove assembly of the central intensifying frame. Turn out bolts of fastening of the right stretcher (try to remember their adjusting provisions).
28. Turn out the remained fixing bolts and remove the dashboard, previously having marked and having disconnected the corresponding electrical wiring.
29. On models with the automatic air conditioning system remove the control unit of distribution of food installed before assembly of a heater (from below).
30. Remove the sleeve connecting the heater block to an evaporator casing (models with To/in) / assembly of the fan of a heater (model without To/in).
31. Carefully disconnect vacuum hoses.
32. Remove assembly of a heater from the car and transfer it to a workbench.
33. Uncover the water crane, disconnect drafts and remove the vacuum activator.
34. Release clamps and take the heat exchanger from a heater casing.
35. After removal of the water crane replacement of the heat exchanger can be made. Remove a plastic cover, weaken fixing collars, disconnect a hose and remove the crane.

1. Carefully clean and dry a casing of a heater from within and install in it the heat exchanger and assembly of a water hose (replace a hose with fixing collars).
2. Install the vacuum activator and connecting draft. Establish a cover on assembly of the crane.
3. Install assembly of the heat exchanger on the car, tighten fixture.
4. Accurately connect the socket to a plait of vacuum hoses. Track correctness of connection of hoses and reliability of their fastening on the unions.
5. Establish a cover of heating assembly and the central console.
6. Establish the sleeve connecting assemblies of a heater and evaporator/assembly of the fan of a heater.
7. Install the block of distribution of food, accurately connect drafts and rods.
8. Connect hoses of a cooling path to the heat exchanger.
9. Install the dashboard (act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components).
10. Install the central console.
11. Establish casings of a steering column. Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring.
12. Establish the central section of the lower finishing.
13. Establish a small cover on a casing of a steering column.
14. Establish a steering wheel.
15. Fill the cooling system.
16. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
17. Check serviceability of functioning of the automatic air conditioning system.
18. Check elements of a heating path for existence of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid.
19. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
20. Check serviceability of functioning of the automatic air conditioning system.

3. Empty the cooling system. Disconnect heating hoses. Remove decorative caps from anchor bolts, the pallet installed under seats and the directing rings of seat belts, give fixture, disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors switches of seat belts, then remove seats.
4. Remove a coin box and a ware box from assembly of the floor console. Remove assembly of the switch of the electric drive of mirrors of a back look / cap.

For release of all listed components it is necessary to use only the plastic tool!

5. Remove a back half of the console.
6. On models remove the gear shifting lever handle from RKPP.
7. Remove forward section of the console.
8. For fastening of the dashboard plastic clamps of bayonet type are used. For an otpuskaniye of such clamp it is necessary to drown a stupid drift the central pin of assembly then to take the last from the landing nest.

Do not press a pin with excessive effort as it can give е it to pushing out from the opposite side of a clamp.

9. Remove forward overlays of thresholds of both doors.
10. Remove an ashtray.
11. Remove the central facing section of the dashboard (facing of the radio receiver).
12. Remove the case fixed in the top left corner of the dashboard for sunglasses, and also the side panel in which this case is built in.
13. Remove a driver's knee emphasis and the handle of the drive of an otpuskaniye of the lock of a cowl.
14. Remove the top and lower sections of a casing of a steering column.
15. Remove the radio receiver.
16. Remove a ware box and the drummer of the lock of its cover.
17. Remove the lower cover of the dashboard and two small fragments of finishing in the central part of the panel (pull them on yourself).
18. Turn out the screw of fastening of assembly of management of functioning of a heater.
19. Remove facing of an instrument guard and take outside a combination of devices.
20. Remove a transitional nozzle of connection to a combination of devices of a cable of the drive of a speedometer (previously the cable should be disconnected from transmission). Slightly extend hummock assembly on yourself and turn a nozzle for the purpose of its release a little.
21. Hooking the screw-driver with a flat sting, release lock uvulas and disunite sockets of the electrical wiring brought to a combination of devices.
22. Having hooked the plastic tool, uncover the right loudspeaker. Remove a loudspeaker and remove side deflectors of the top air ducts. Dismantle hours. Now access to bolts of fastening of the dashboard has to open.
23. Give a fixing nut, take a bolt and lower a steering column.
24. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the dashboard.
25. Disconnect cables of management of the modes of functioning of a heater from assembly of the last, then remove the control panel.
26. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the relay of management of MFI.
27. Remove two stamped steel emphasis of the dashboard.
28. Remove sleeves of air ducts.
29. Give nuts of fastening of assembly of a heater.
30. Remove the ELC control unit of automatic transmission.
31. Give nuts and release clamps of fastening of assembly of the evaporator.
32. Put forward the evaporator in salon, then remove the heater block.

Try not to damage connecting tubes.

33. Uncover, established on heating tubes, then release clamps of fastening of the heat exchanger. Take the heat exchanger from a heater casing, - try not to damage lamels of a radiator and not to cut about them fingers.

1. Carefully clean and dry a casing of a heater from within and install in it the heat exchanger. Track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of clamps and covers.
2. Install the evaporator and the assembly ELC AT block.
3. Establish assembly of a heater on the regular place and connect sleeves of air ducts.
4. Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring and driving cables of management.
5. Working as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, establish assembly of the dashboard and the console ().
6. Establish front seats.
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
8. Check serviceability of functioning of the automatic air conditioning system.
9. Check elements of a heating path for existence of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid.
