1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle on various engines are presented on illustrations.
2. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system).
3. Empty the cooling system.

4. Mark the provision of an adjusting bolt on a fixing flange of a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve (gas). Turn out a bolt and disconnect a cable from the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve on the throttle case. Take a cable aside.

5. Disconnect from the case of a throttle and take aside a ventilating hose and a hose of air supply.
6. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses.

7. Mark and disconnect the electrical wiring brought to the throttle case.

8. Disconnect from the throttle case basis transit and perepuskny hoses of a water path.
9. At the corresponding complete set disconnect the tire of grounding and remove a basic arm of the case of a throttle and a plate of grounding from the engine.
10. Remove a branch pipe of connection of an air duct its sealing laying.

11. Turn out fixing screws and remove the throttle case from the engine. Remove sealing laying, - at installation it is subject to replacement without fail.

1. Carefully smooth out all interfaced surfaces, lay new sealing laying on the delivery camera of the inlet pipeline.
2. Install the throttle case. Screw and tighten fixing bolts with the required effort.
3. Having replaced sealing laying, establish a branch pipe of connection of an inlet air duct.
4. At the corresponding complete set establish a basic arm and a plate of grounding. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (15 ÷ 22 H • м).
5. Screw the screw of fastening of a plate of grounding.
6. Connect hoses of a water path to the throttle case and fix them by new collars.
7. Watching compliance the marking put in the course of dismantle, restore initial connection of vacuum hoses and an electrical wiring.
8. Connect a gas cable, having screwed an adjusting bolt in former situation. Check correctness of adjustment of a cable.
9. Connect an inlet air duct and a ventilating hose.
10. If removed, install into place the battery and connect to it wires (at first positive, then - negative).
11. Fill in in the engine fresh cooling liquid (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
