12:28. Removal of air from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel

Forward steering drive


1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
2. Several times manually turn a pulley of the steering pump.
3. Five-six times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop.
4. Disconnect VV a wire of system of ignition and, short breakthroughs turning a starter, within 15 ÷ 20 seconds five-six times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop, - during pumping you watch that hydraulic liquid in the tank of the steering pump did not fall lower than the level of an arrangement of the filter. If to carry out pumping at the working engine, then the air which is present at a path will be adsorbed in liquid, - make pumping only by a provorachivaniye of not started engine.
5. Restore initial connection of VV of a wire, start the engine and let's it work on single turns for some time.
6. Rotating a steering wheel, make sure of lack of emergence of air bubbles in the pump tank.
7. Check the level and a condition of hydraulic liquid, - it should not have a dairy and figurative consistence.
8. Make sure that rotation of a steering wheel does not exert noticeable impact on liquid level in the tank, - if the size of change makes more than 5 mm, repeat the procedure of pumping.

Back steering drive


1. Pump over the forward steering drive (see above).
2. Start the engine and leave it working at single turns.
3. Weaken the pumping gate at the left on valvate assembly of management. Connect to the gate the special tool for pumping of a hydraulic path (MB991230).
4. Turn a steering wheel against the stop to the left, then at once return it to rectilinear situation. Make sure of serviceability of an exit from a path of air bubbles.
5. Repeating the actions described in the previous paragraph, achieve full removal of air from a hydraulic contour, then kill the engine.
6. Weaken the gate of pumping of the strengthening cylinder of the back steering mechanism on 1/8 turns and connect to it the tool for pumping, - the nozzle is equipped with the special emphasis limiting extent of opening of the gate.
7. Start the engine and make on the car a short trip with a speed about 80 km/h, having provided thereby circulation of hydraulic liquid in a path of the back steering drive.
8. Moving with a speed about 32 km/h, actively rotate a steering wheel, - the remains of air have to be removed from a path in the reception capacity of set for pumping.
9. Continue the procedure before full removal of air from system.
