10. Turn out bolts of fastening of a forward cover (case) the pump, - pay attention that bolts have various length and at assembly have to be established strictly on the former places.
11. Remove pump assembly.
12. Remove a back cover of pump assembly.
13. Take internal and external rotors from a pump housing.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of components of pump assembly and the block of the engine, having completely removed from them traces of old sealant. In conclusion wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Plentifully oil both rotors of the pump pure motive and lay them in the case of pump assembly, having tracked respect for correctness of the direction of rotation of components.
3. Establish a back cover of the pump. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (10 H • м).
4. Oil motive components of the reducing valve and establish them in the required order on the regular place. Screw a cap and tighten it with the required effort (45 H • м).
5. Replace a forward epiploon of a bent shaft, having plentifully greased sealing sponges of a new element with pure motive oil.
6. Having replaced laying, install pump assembly on the engine block. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (14 H • м).
7. Establish a maslozabornik with the mesh filter, - tighten fixing bolts with effort 19 H • m.
8. Install into place the case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
9. Establish a cogwheel of a bent shaft and a gas-distributing belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of the GRM drive and a gas-distributing belt). Establish GRM drive covers. Establish driving belts and an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
10. Fill in fresh motive oil of the corresponding grade in the engine, correctly having modified its level.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.

7. Take off a gas-distributing belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of the GRM drive and a gas-distributing belt) and a cogwheel of a bent shaft.
8. Disconnect an electrical wiring and remove the oil pressure measuring instrument sensor.
9. Remove a full-line oil filter and its basic arm.
10. Remove the case pallet (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine) and a maslozabornik with the mesh filter, - do not forget to remove also sealing laying.

11. By means of special MD998162 adaptation take a cap from a forward cover of the engine.

12. Turn out a stopper from an engine block wall, - for the purpose of fixing of a balancing shaft enter the cross screw-driver with a sting with a diameter of 8 mm into the released opening.

13. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the conducted pump gear wheel to a balancing shaft.
14. Turn out bolts of fastening of a forward cover of pump assembly.

In case of need the balancing shaft can be taken together with a pump cover.

15. Uncover the pump, located behind a forward cover of the engine. Take the conducting and conducted gear wheels from pump assembly.

1. Carefully wash out and dry the removed components. Lay gear wheels in a forward casing of the pump and manually check freedom of their rotation. Make sure of lack of regional wear of the surfaces of covers contacting to gear wheels.
2. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of components of pump assembly and the block of the engine, having completely removed from them traces of old sealant. In conclusion wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone.

3. Achieve the correct combination of adjusting tags, put the conducting and conducted gear wheels on the regular places in forward section of the case of pump assembly.

4. Establish a pump cover. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (18 H • м).
5. By means of a suitable mandrel put a new epiploon of a bent shaft in the forward case.
6. Lay new laying of forward section of the case of pump assembly. For the purpose of protection of an epiploon against damage put the directing MD998285 adaptation on a forward pin of a bent shaft, - slightly oil the outer edge of a guide motive.
7. Press forward section of pump assembly to laying, having temporarily brought up her fixing bolts.
8. Having replaced laying, establish an oil filter on a basic arm. Screw fixing boats (do not forget to enclose washers) and tighten them with the required effort (19 H • м).
9. Having passed the 8-millimeter cross screw-driver throughout an opening in the block, record a balancing shaft.
10. Put the leading gear wheel of the pump on a pin of the left balancing shaft and tighten a bolt of its fastening with effort 37 H • m.
11. Having put in a flute on forward section of the case a new sealing ring, establish a cap, having tightened it with effort of 24 N of m by means of a special head of MD998162.
12. Having replaced laying, establish into place a maslozabornik.
13. Having carefully wiped the interfaced surfaces and having imposed a sealant pillow, install the case pallet on the engine block (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine). Fix the pallet holders, having tightened bolts of fastening of the last with effort 7 H • m.
14. Install the block of the measuring instrument and the sensor switch of pressure of oil, restore initial connection of an electrical wiring.
15. Install into place the oil cooler, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (43 H • м).

16. Finally tighten bolts of fastening of forward section of a pump housing with the required effort.

17. Establish a new oil filter.
18. Fill in necessary amount of engine oil of the required grade in the engine.
19. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
20. Check pressure of oil and make sure of lack of signs of development of its leaks.

9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the case of the oil pump.
10. Uncover the oil pump.
11. Mark the adjusting provision of rotors, then take them from pump assembly.
12. Take an epiploon of a bent shaft from the landing nest in casting of the case of the oil pump.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of components of pump assembly and the block of the engine, having completely removed from them traces of old sealant. In conclusion wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Put a new epiploon of a bent shaft in a reception nest in the case of the oil pump.
3. Oil rotors pure motive, achieve combination of adjusting tags, then put components in the case of pump assembly.
4. Establish a cover of the pump screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (10 H • м).
5. Impose a pillow of sealant 3 mm thick on the interfaced surface of pump assembly. Press the pump to the engine block, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (14 H • м).
6. Establish the top maslootrazhayushchy plate and a maslozabornik (do not forget to replace laying). Tighten bolts of fastening of a plate with effort 10 H • m, a maslozabornik - 18 H • m.
7. Put the lower maslootrazhayushchy plate in the top section of the pallet of a case. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort (11 H • м).
8. Install case pallet sections on the engine block (see the Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
9. Having replaced laying, establish a transitional nozzle of an oil filter, - big fixing bolts drag on with effort 41 H • m, smaller - 23 H • m.
10. Establish a gas-distributing belt (see the Section Removal and installation of a cover of the GRM drive and a gas-distributing belt) and GRM drive covers.
11. Establish driving belts and an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
12. Fill in fresh motive oil of the corresponding grade in the engine, correctly having modified its level (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
13. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
14. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.
