General information

The most part of refusals of a turbocompressor are connected with oil supply violation. Leaks at switching off of the engine can lead to hit of motive oil in a turbocompressor and to coking up of maslotok, - first of all always check passability of lines of giving and return of oil. At connection of lines of an oil path without fail you make replacement of both sealing washers of hollow bolts of nipple connections.



1. Details of installation of a turbocompressor are presented on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Merge motive oil, empty the cooling system and remove a radiator. On the models equipped To/in assembled with a radiator remove also air conditioning system fan.

In order to avoid receiving burns, start performance of the listed works only after final cooling of system! Do not allow hit of antifreeze on open parts of the body and the painted surfaces of the car. Immediately wash away incidentally got splashes a plentiful amount of water. Remember that antifreeze is extremely toxic liquid and its hit in an organism even in small amounts is fraught with the most serious consequences (up to a lethal outcome). Never leave antifreeze stored in leaky closed container and immediately collect the cooling liquid spilled on a floor. Remember that the sweetish smell of antifreeze can draw to itself attention of children and animals. About ways utilization of the fulfilled cooling liquid consult at any station of car service. In many regions of the world special points on different reception of working off are equipped. Do not merge old cooling liquid in the sewerage and on the earth at all!

4. Disconnect an electrical wiring and remove the oxygen sensor.
5. Take the probe of measurement of motive oil, pick up its directing phone.
6. Remove a corrugated airintaking hose, a depression dumping hose, branch pipes of connection of a final air hose, and also the top and lower thermofilters.
7. Otboltite the steering pump also shift it aside assembled with a basic arm, without disconnecting hydraulic hoses.
8. Give самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a final collector, remove a triangular eye of raising of the power unit, turn out a hollow bolt of nipple connection of the line of supply of oil to the central section of a turbocompressor (do not forget to remove both sealing washers), also disconnect lines of a cooling path.

The line of a water path passing under assembly of a turbocompressor is equipped with nipple connection of carving type.

9. Give fixing nuts, disconnect a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases and separate a final collector and its sealing laying from the engine.
10. Turn out two through bolts and give two nuts of fastening of a final collector to assembly of a turbocompressor.
11. Turn out two screws caps from the turbocompressor of a returnable maslotok passed under assembly, remove sealing laying. Separate a turbocompressor from a final collector (two tubes of a water highway and one oil line can be left connected).
12. Attentively examine turbine wheels (hot section of assembly) and the compressor (cold section) on existence of cracks and other mechanical damages. Manually check freedom of rotation of both wheels. Make sure of lack of signs of development of leak of oil. Check ability of the spuskny valve to remain abroach. Replace defective components, in case of need clean maslotok.
13. Serviceability of a condition of the device of dumping can be checked by testing by pressure. Create on the actuation mechanism pressure approximately in 62 kPa and make sure of a possibility of movement of a rod.

Applying of pressure more than 71 kPa can lead to damage of a diaphragm! During creation on the actuation mechanism of depression, the last has to keep reliably, - in case of identification of leaks replace assembly.

It is not necessary to make attempts of adjustment of the trigger valve!



1. Fill the maslovozvratny line with pure motive oil. Replace all lock-nuts. Before installation of the threaded connection of a tube of an admission of water slightly oil liquid an internal surface of a connecting flange. Establish a turbocompressor on a final collector.
2. Establish assembly of a final collector on the regular place (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
3. Connect lines of a cooling path, the giving oil pipeline and a lifting eye of the power unit.
4. If removed, establish into place assembly of the steering pump with the basic arm.
5. Install thermofilters, a final air branch pipe, a trigger hose and corrugated air ducts.
6. Establish assembly of a radiator.
7. Fill in fresh engine oil in the engine, fill the cooling system and connect a negative wire to the battery.
