1. Details of installation of the fan of a heater on the Mirage models are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Remove the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
4. Remove assembly of a ware box and its assembly frame (see the Head Kuzov).
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the driving motor of the fan of a heater.
6. Disconnect and remove resistive assembly.
7. Disconnect a ventilating tube of a driving electric motor.
8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove to the block of the driving motor. In case of need replace a krylchatka of the fan.

1. Establish assembly of a driving electric motor on the regular place and screw fixing bolts.
2. Connect an electrical wiring to the motor.
3. Connect a ventilating tube.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Remove a clamp of a ware box.
4. Against the stop open a cover of a ware box and turn out the lower screws of fastening of assembly. Remove a ware box.
5. Remove the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).

Pay attention that some of fixing screws are closed by decorative covers which need previously to be removed.

6. Remove an air supply sleeve in a foot well of the forward passenger.
7. Disunite the 10-contact socket on the back party of an assembly frame of a ware box. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the box illumination sensor switch (it is also established on an assembly frame).
8. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove an assembly frame of a ware box.
9. Disconnect the small air hose going from a fan electric motor to a fan casing.
10. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the driving motor.
11. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove assembly of the fan from a casing. In case of need give a nut and remove a krylchatka.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it the garbage and foreign objects capable to place to rotation of a krylchatka.
2. Estimate a condition of sealing laying, in case of need make replacement.
3. Install the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
4. Connect a ventilating hose and an electrical wiring to the driving motor.
5. Establish an assembly frame of a ware box and connect to it both electric sockets (10-contact and 1-contact).
6. Establish an air duct.
7. Establish section of the lower finishing of the dashboard, - track correctness of installation and reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of all clamps.
8. Establish a ware box with a persistent clamp.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Turn out three fixing screws and remove the lower section of finishing of the dashboard (see the Head Kuzov).
4. On the models equipped with the air conditioning system remove the compressor module.
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a heater fan drive electric motor.
6. Turn out three fixing screws and remove ventilatory assembly from a casing.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it the garbage and foreign objects capable to place to rotation of a krylchatka.
2. Install the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
3. Connect an electrical wiring to the driving motor.
4. At the corresponding complete set of the car install the К/В compressor module.
5. Establish section of the lower finishing of the dashboard, - track correctness of installation and reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of all clamps.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect safety cushions (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
3. Remove the right section of the lower finishing of the dashboard and a sleeve of an air duct.
4. Remove the drummer of the lock of a ware box, assembly of a ware box and its external casing. Turn out the screw located under assembly.
5. Give evaporator casing fixture.
6. Remove assembly of the motor of switching of the mode of circulation.
7. Remove RSM, a basic arm and the relay of management of MFI.
8. Remove the right lower arm of the dashboard.
9. Disconnect a cast hose from ventilatory assembly.
10. Remove assembly of the fan.
11. In case of need give a fixing nut and remove a krylchatka.

1. Check a shaft of the driving pump for existence of signs of a bend. Estimate a condition of sealing laying. Carefully clear all details of assembly, blow an air duct.
2. Fix a krylchatka of the fan on a shaft of the driving pump.
3. Establish assembly on the regular place.
4. Connect a cast hose and an electrical wiring to the motor.
5. Screw a bolt of fastening of a casing of the evaporator.
6. Establish the right lower arm of the dashboard.
7. Establish RSM, a basic arm and the relay of management of MFI.
8. Establish assembly of the damping motor of switching of the mode of circulation.
9. Screw the screw located under assembly of a ware box, then establish a ware box, - act as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
10. Establish the lower section of finishing of the panel air duct devices/sleeve.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Check serviceability of functioning of the automatic air conditioning system (climate control).
